Entrants have a maximum of 1,000 words in which to convince the judges that they are worthy of winning this award. 3 files of supporting material of no more than 4 pages each can also be included. Video footage can be submitted but should be sent as a link within the main body of the entry and should be no more than 2 minutes in length.
Suggestions as to what could be covered are listed below.
- Provide some background to your association and its aims .
- How did you formulate your response? What methodology went into driving your campaign and what was the execution strategy.
- Outline the goals and the metrics against which you measured success.
- Explain the benefits for your membership that were achieved by reaching your campaign / cause goals. Include member testimonials to give substance to your claims of success.
- Give any other information regarding your campaign which would help convince the judges that this entry should win the award. What made your approach so effective? In what ways was it particularly innovative, creative or successful?
